Any difficulty with focusing due to lighting conditions is solved by the Multi-CAM 3500FX autofocus sensor. It has 51 AF points and 15 cross-type sensors. Furthermore, the Group Area AF feature combines five separate AF sensors into one single group.

Accurate ISO values are obtained by automatic ISO adjustments in the manual mode. The native ISO range is 64 to 12,800, which you can expand up to 51,200. You can record videos in both FX and DX formats using the camera. The unit incorporates a 3.2” LCD typical of Nikon models, which can be used for live view and playback, besides other functions, such as navigating the menu and making various settings. It has a 1,229k-dot resolution. Continuous shots can be made in the FX mode at up to a 5 fps frame rate, while you can extend it to 7 fps if you use the DX mode. Timelapse videos can be made using the Nikon D810 DSLR camera with a maximum of 9,999 images. The recordings can be stored on the camera memory card or transferred to an external device.
There is a stereo microphone embedded in the Nikon D810 DSLR camera to record the audio with clarity while making videos. You can alternatively record the sounds by connecting an external microphone, which gives you more control of the sound quality. You can adjust and select a window of the sound frequency range.
