Description
Zoom G1X Four Multi-Effects Processor
The Zoom G1X Four is a versatile multi-effects processor tailored for electric guitars, featuring an integrated expression pedal for dynamic control over various effects. Presented in a user-friendly stompbox design, the G1X Four offers a diverse array of effects, amp emulations, and utilities including a 30-second onboard looper and a chromatic tuner. With 68 built-in rhythm patterns, you can enhance your performances with drum loops, particularly beneficial for looping sessions.
From distortion and chorus to reverb and beyond, the G1X Four provides a comprehensive selection of effects, including 13 amp models replicating iconic setups. Certain effects can be modulated using the expression pedal, allowing for smooth, gradual adjustments. The pedal's sensitivity can be adjusted digitally via the unit's display screen or physically by tweaking its torque with a 5mm hex wrench.
You can chain up to five effects simultaneously and save them in any order within the 50 user-preset patches. Effortlessly switch between patches or banks using foot taps, facilitating seamless transitions between live or studio setups. Global settings ensure consistency across patches, while a three-knob tone stack and an output level knob remain constant as you navigate through your presets.
Featuring over 70 different effects, the G1X Four allows for further customization through Zoom's Guitar Lab software, accessible via connection to your Mac or Windows computer using a USB cable. The unit offers versatile connectivity options, including a 1/4" instrument input, a 3.5mm input for mobile devices, and a combined amp/headphone output. Power options include four AA batteries for up to 18 hours of operation, a ZOOM AD-16 AC adapter, or USB power.
