Return and Exchange Policy
Store Closing Event - All Sales Final
Effective March 21st, 2017, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges for purchases made prior to March 3, 2017.
We can no longer honor price adjustments, coupons, or any other advertised prices offered at other hhgregg location or website.
After March 21st, 2017, no returns will be accepted in accordance with the US Bankruptcy Court Order
For purchases made after March 3rd, returns may be made only for merchandise having latent defect, when returned within 7 days of purchase accompanied by the sales receipt
With a few exceptions, refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds over $250 will be made by check within 30 business days if the original purchase was made with cash or check. If the original purchase was made using a credit card, debit card or hhgregg card, the refund will be given through a credit to the original account. PayPal refunds will be made by check within 30 business days. Purchases made with an hhgregg® store credit or gift card may be refunded as a store credit. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing online refunds or exchanges. For purchases by check, refunds will be made by check and are subject to confirmation that your check has cleared.
We reserve the right to ask for a valid government-issued photo ID with any return or exchange.
